RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS WITH GTM PAYROLL
SERVICES, INC. FOR CONTINUED PROVISION OF
PAYROLL AND HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. George Ferone
WHEREAS, by previous Resolution, the Town of Queensbury engaged GTM Payroll
Services, Inc., (GTM) for provision of payroll services, and
WHEREAS, GTM acquired certain business assets of Pinnacle Human Resources, LLC
for the provision of human resources services, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to continue with GTM for the provision of both
payroll and human resources services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes, directs and ratifies
engagement of GTM Payroll Services, Inc., for the provision of professional payroll and human
resources services to be paid for from the appropriate account(s) as may be determined by the Town
Budget Officer, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to sign
Service Agreements for both professional payroll and human resources services in form(s) acceptable
to the Town Supervisor, Town Budget Officer and/or Town Counsel along with any other needed
documentation, and the Town Supervisor and/or Town Budget Officer to take any and all action
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
