Resolutions Recommendation Project Description The applicant intends to maintain operations of the existing buildings for boat manufacturing and refurbish business. The proposed business to be added is storage of boats not owned/or being refurbished -exterior and interior boat storage. In addition, the applicant proposes future construction of a showroom/ sales floor for sale of boats to the general public. The definition includes the commercial maintenance and repair of boats." Pursuant to Chapter 179-15- 040 of the Zoning Ordinance, the Town Board may refer any proposed amendment to the Planning Board for recommendation.
