WATER MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR ON PERMANENT BASIS

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 185,2011 the Queensbury Town Board established the
position of Senior Water Maintenance Supervisor and promoted Thomas Matteson from Water
Maintenance Foreman to such Senior Water Maintenance Supervisor on a provisional basis until such
time as Mr. Matteson met all Civil Service requirements for the position, and
WHEREAS, the Warren County Department of Personnel and Civil Service has advised that
Mr. Matteson placed successfully on the Warren County Civil Service exam for such position, and
WHEREAS, the Town's Water Superintendent has therefore recommended that the Town
Board appoint Mr. Matteson on a permanent basis,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Thomas Matteson as Senior
Water Maintenance Supervisor on a permanent basis effective March 7t`, 2012, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Water
Superintendent and/or Town Budget Officer to complete any forms necessary to effectuate the terms
of this Resolution.
