March 2, 2012 REFERRAL: PARCEL HISTORY: SP 36-2003 Modification: As-built modification request Approved 3/22/2007 SP 36-2003: Renovation of former cinema for indoor sports and Yamaha Country Sports Display Sales & Shop, as well as the addition of a 24,000 sq. ft. building and associated site work Approved 9/23/2003 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Applicant proposes a third tenant to occupy a 2,640 sq. ft. portion of existing unused floor space formally utilized as a Yamaha repair shop and storage. Currently, the building has two tenants, Sportszone and J.P. Replay Sports. The third tenant proposed is Entertainment One Party Rentals, a bounce house rental operation. Change in use in CI zone requires Planning Board review and approval. The applicant is seeking waivers from the following: Stormwater, grading, landscaping and lighting. Review: 1.No immediate issues. Additional comments: 1.According to the application there are no plans at this point in time to display any products from the proposed tenant. The Planning Board may wish to ascertain if display is potentially proposed in the future and if so, locations should be discussed. 2.Signage for new tenant will be shared with existing J.P.
