A subdivision application has been made to the Queensbury Planni following: Applicant proposes subdivision of three
(3) parcels totaling 92.12 +/- acres into eight (8) residential lots ranging in size from 3 acr
Planning Board review and approval;
Planning Board made a recommendation to the ZBA on 10/18/2011; a negative SEQR declaration was approved on 10/18/2011; and
the Zoning Board approved the variance requests on 12/21/2011;
A public hearing was scheduled and held on 10/18/2011, 10/25/2011, and 02/21/2012;
