WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 65, 2022 the Queensbury Town Board authorized
establishment of the Luzerne Road Culvert Capital Project No.: 242; however, it should have
been established and referred to as Capital Project No.: 243 and therefore, the Town Board wishes
to amend Resolution No. 65, 2022 accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 65, 2022 such
that the Luzerne Road Culvert Capital Project shall be established and referred to as Capital
Project No.: 243 and all references to account numbers for the Capital Project shall be adjusted
accordingly to reflect this correction, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 65, 2022 in all
other respects.
