JENKINSVILLE WELL SUPPLY INVESTIGATION

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to engage the professional environmental
engineering services of C.T. Male Associates to complete a desktop study related to a well supply
investigation for the Jenkinsville area as delineated in C.T. Male Associates'proposal dated February 4,
2022 presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs engagement of
C.T. Male Associates for the provision of professional engineering services to complete a desktop
study related to a well supply investigation for the Jenkinsville area for an amount not to exceed$2,900
as delineated in C.T. Male Associates'proposal dated February 4, 2022 presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that such services shall be paid for from Consultant Account No.: 001-1440-
4720-009, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute the proposal and/or any necessary documentation and the Town Supervisor, Water
Superintendent, Transfer Station Supervisor and/or Town Budget Officer to take all actions necessary
to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
