Three copies of a plot plan drawn to scale showing the actual dimen-
s~ons of the lot to bc built upon, the exact size and location on the
lot of the building and accessory buildings to be erected are attached
to this application. '
The undersigned hereby agrees to comply in the said construction with
all the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance as adopted, of the Town of
C;ueensbury.
(If permit is granted it will be on condition that building or al-
terations shall be completed at date to be fixed by Zoning Inspector,
and if not so ~ompleted permit shall be revoked by him.)

Dear Mr. Costello:
Thank you for Y01Jr phone call on December
28th and your recent inquiry abo'ut the Variance concerning
your Glen Lake lot.
On Tuesday evening, December 19, 1967 a
Public Hearing was held to hear complaints or support for
your application and six other Applicants.
I can no~ report to you unofficially that
your Application was granted. There was no opposition. I
understand that within ~,few d8Ys you will receive written
notice of the decision. There was I believe, one minor
stipulation regarding the setback from Birdsall Road that
you will have to comply with. Your plot plan shows a dis-
tance of 25 feet from the front of your dwelling to Bird-
sall Road. The Zoning Ordinance requires a setback of 30
feet. .
Enclosed is your building permit. I have
made the completion date I year from Jan. 1st 1968.
May I wish you and your Family a Happy New
Year and a pleasant vacation in Florida. If I can be help-
