WITNESS that the Party of the First Part, and in consideration of Eight Hundred

located about 12 feet from the said shore line); thence in an Easterly direction along the said line
formerly separating the farms above mentioned for a distance of 253 feet 10 inches,more or less,
to an.iron pipe, said pipe being on the said line and marking the Northeasterly corner of the lot
conveyed; thence in a Southerly direction on a line perpendicular to the aforementioned line a
distance of 25 feet, more or less, to an iron pipe, said pipe being the Southeasterly corner of the
lot hereby conveyed; thence Westerly in a straight line 246 feet, more or less, to an iron pipe, said
pipe being on a line perpendicular to the first aforementioned pipe and 100 feet,more or less,
distant therefrom; thence in a Vesterly direction and parallel to the first mentioned line,which
line formerly divided the farm of Wood and Harris, in a straight line a distance of 10 feet, more

distance of 100 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
Subject to all the covenants, conditions,restrictions, and easements of record and being
the same premises described in a deed from Glen S. Harrington, trustee of the Harrington.Family
Trust,to Glen S. Harrington dated May 20, 1997, and recorded in the Office of the Warren
County Clerk in Liber:1022 of Deeds at Page 1.01f:
The said Glen S. Harrington died testate, a resident of the Town of Glenville,
Schenectady County,New York on Febru n,26, 2007, and His Last Will and Testament dated
February 19, 2007, was duly admitted to probate by the Schenectady County Surrogate's C,ourt
or. October 11, 2008, and Letters Testamentary were issued Rita Barnes,residing at 10 Snake
Hill Road, Glenville,New York. 12')03, Michael A. Kearsing, residing at 57 Fisler Avenue,
Schenectady,New York 12304 and Walter F. A. Obermayer,residing at 2623 Northside Drive,
Lake Worth, Florida 33462, as co-executors, and Michael T.Brockbank having also been
appointed co-executor and his resignation having thereafter been approved by order and decree of
the Surrogate of Schenectady County dated November 13 ,2014, and such letters issued to Rita
Barnes, Michael A. Kearsing and Walter F. A. Obermayer have not been revoked and are now in
full force and effect.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the state and rights of the party of the first
part in and to the premises,
TO have and to hold the premises herein granted to the parties of the second part,their
heirs and assigns forever,
AND the party of the first part covenants as follows:
FIRST: That the parties of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said premises;
SECOND: That the party of the first part will forever warrant the title to the premises;
THIRD: That, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, the grantor will receive
the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of any improvement, and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of any improvement before using any part.of the
total of the same for any other purpose.
