The dormer addition is to be open below and the existing loft to be enclosed for a bunk-room. The project includes facade changes with new windows to be installed on the main floor and upper floor. No site work is proposed. Project subject to site plan for expansion of a non conforming structure in a CEA. Project requires a variance for shoreline setback where 33 ft is proposed and 50 ft is required ---needs to be updated to show setback to new construction and forms to be updated.
