The applicant proposes a second story dormer and interior alterations. The dormer addition is to be open
below and the existing loft to be enclosed for a bunk-room. The project includes facade changes with new
windows to be installed on the main floor and upper floor. No site work is proposed. Project subject to
site plan for expansion of a non conforming structure in a CEA. Project requires a variance for shoreline
setback where 33 ft is proposed and 50 ft is required ---needs to be updated to show setback to new
construction and forms to be updated.

1) page 2 - address of project location, square footage of dormer to be added
2) page 3 -setbacks need to be from new addition
3) page 5- standards A-O need to be addressed
4) page 6 and 7 -dimensions need to be added to the drawings -length width height, plan information
noted from 2017 should be addressed as completed or only reference materials as it looks like it is being
proposed so its a bit confusing, due to the septic work in 2017 did EDP provide a septic certification - as it
will be needed.
