Please find the below bulleted items from your e-mail of September 13, 2021, and the
responses and/or revisions noted in italics for your review:
Deed. The property deed is included with this submission.
Response A-O. The Response to Standard Questions A-O is attached.
Building elevations, floors plans. The typical building elevation rendering, and floor
plan are attached. The building elevation provided is from the Gloversville store and
is consistent with the building to be proposed at this site.
Site lighting, lighting fixtures wall and pole. Site lighting pole locations are shown
on the current plans. Site lighting are typically at a 15’ mounting height and
downward facing cutoff LED fixtures. Site lighting is timed to be turned off one hour
after store closing.

Signs – wall, freestanding, directional. The site signs will consist of freestanding
sign with adjacent flagpole. The location is shown on the current plan. Wall signs
will be similar to the sign shown on the attached building elevation render.
Directional signage will be shown as the project advances through the approval
process to assure that the proposed traffic patterns are consistent with the Traffic
Engineer’s, Town’s and NYSDOT’s recommendations.
Pre application 7/14/2021. The completed Pre application form from 7/14/2021 is
included with this submission.
Stormwater Management, SWPPP. The plan proposes pervious pavement in the
vacuum parking area along with an infiltration basin to the south of the proposed
building. The project will meet the Water Quality, Runoff Reduction and Water
Quantity requirements of the NYSDEC Stormwater Design Manual. A formal
SWPPP is included with this submission.
Work on adjoining property – scope and description, tax map parcel, authorization.
Hoffman will be working with the owner of Tax Parcel ID 296.13-1-17.2, NYSDOT
and the Traffic Engineer on any work on this neighboring parcel. Scope to include
any required intersection improvements, drainage, landscaping, and grading to
provide the interconnect to the Hoffman Car Wash site.
Vacuum details – lights, colors, size. Vacuum details are included with this
submission. The vacuum details provided are from the Gloversville store and are
consistent with the vacuums to be proposed at this site.
NYSDOT information – what work will need to be coordinated with DOT. Any
Utility work within the NYSDOT ROW and any intersection improvements will need
to be coordinated with the NYSDOT. As the plan advances any improvements
required by the NYSDOT or Traffic engineer will be incorporated into the plans.
