and being more particularly set forth on a"Map of Lands of Robert Meins,lying in southwest quarter
of the Hasbome Patent,Town of Queensbury,Warren County,New York,dated June 4,1949",made
by Leslie W.Coulter and revised by said Leslie W.Coulter on April 29,1950 and February 5, 1953.
Robert F.Meins died on January 2, 1993. Pursuant to Last Will and Testament of Robert
F. Meins dated November 24, 1987, all property, real and personal, was devised to Christine D.
Meins, spouse. Said Will was admitted to probate by the Warren County Surrogate's Court on
January 12, 1993;File#24,630.
BEING the same premises described in a warranty deed from Robert S.Meins to Robert
F. Meins dated December 20", 1962, and recorded in the Warren County Clerk's Office on
December 24, 1962 in Book 426 of Deeds at Page 351.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREFROM ALL THAT PLOT OR PORTION OF
LAND being acquired by the State of New York as described by Notice of Appropriation as Map
Nos. 100 and 124, Parcel Nos. 123 and 153, as filed on March-17h, 2008 in the Office of the
Department of Transportation of the State of New York, and filed in the Warren County Clerk's
Office on April 7,2008.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first
part in and to said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the parties of the second
part,their heirs and assigns forever.
AND said party of the first part covenants as follows:
FIRST: That the parties of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said premises;
SECOND: That said party of the first part will forever WARRANT the title to said
premises.
THIRD: That,in compliance with Sec. 13 of the Lien Law,the grantor will receive the
consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first
