Dear Mike McCabe:
Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination
has been completed. The applicant proposes to replace a floating dock system, a
cashier building located on one of the docks, and a storage building. Relief is required
from the Town 50-foot shoreline setback for the cashier building and storage building to
be located on their existing non-conforming footprints.
Based on the information presented in the record, no further Agency review of this variance
is required since the project constitutes a replacement in-kind and there is no increase in
the existing non-conformance.
