Submitted information includes the fo Plan entitled, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, prepared by Van Dusen & Steves Land Surveyors and Nace Engineering; A project narrative and waiver request letter, and a site plan application with supporting documentation. Your office has requested that we limit our review to the design and sediment control items as it relates to compliance to local, Based on our review of the information provided, Chazen offers the following co consideration: Stormwater Management & Erosion and Sediment Control: 1.The proposed site improvements disturb less than 1-acre of land and will not be subject to NYSDEC Phase II Stormwater Regulations. However, Section 179-6-080 of the Town Code states that stormwater drainage plans shall analyze the impacts of a project using at least a 50-year return interval storm for commercial projects. The applicant has requested a waiver from the required stormwater calculations on the grounds of no change in impervious area. The Applicant shall provide clarification for the following comments before an assessment of this waiver can be made: 2.The Site Development Data included in the site plan application is not clearly presented. Based upon the project narrative and plan, it appears that there will be no-site. In addition, tt lists 480SF under proposed pavement addition, but depicts a 480SF reduThe Site Development Data shall be revised appropriately. 3.The Applicant shall provide clarification regarding the Geomat sspecifically if it will be placed directly over the existing pavement or if pavement will be removed for a new concrete slab to be installed. In addition, this system will require installation of the Oil an section of 4 PVC below the existing pavement.
