The plot plan you submitted shows that the pool is currently in violation of the.setback requirements, and a variance would need to be granted in 'order to issue a pool permit and deck permit for this property. I would ask that you contact Craig immediately upon receipt of this letter to start the process to obtain a variance in order maintain the pool in the current location.
