The application states that there will be no exterior changes to the building and all storage and fabrication to be accomplished inside. Six parking spaces are provided for employees and company vehicles. Waivers requested for stormwater, grading, lighting and landscaping. Site Plan Review: 1.Existing gravel area denoted to the east of the fabrication facility appears to be clean sand and fill material; this area is in need of need of stabilization. 2.Transformer near proposed employee parking has been removed and relocated further north. Please update site plan to reflect this change. 3.Any signage associated with the new use should be presented for review. Additional comments: 1.The Planning Board may wish to ascertain the timing for the completion of work to include paving, landscaping and building retrofits associated with the recycling operation on site. 2.Fire Marshal comments attached.
