Further site improvements include new sidewalks, signage, relocated dumpster enclosure, installation of a Redbox movie rental, and bottle redemption machine. Review: Existing Site Plan: 1.Locations of existing pole lighting not denoted. 2.Existing utilities not denoted. 3.Existing landscaping not denoted. 4.Electrical line to the east not denoted. Associated easement to be researched. Proposed Site Plan: 1.Type C buffer required along south rear property line as per §179-8-070. 2.Parking and drive aisle expansion should be considered; see additional comments below. 3.Relocated dumpster enclosure to be placed in area where existing light pole light exists. Clarification on overall lighting locations should be forthcoming. 4.Location of proposed storage/freezer does not correspond with floor plans on A1.1 5.Landscaping as per §179-8-050 should be considered. Canopy Elevations: 1.Any signage proposed for the canopies should be clarified. Sign Drawing: 1.No immediate issues. Floor Plans: 1.Storage/freezer location should be clarified; see Proposed Site Plan comments above. Additional comments: 1.The site has existing maneuverability issues and this may be exacerbated with the proposed installation of the bottle redemption and movie rental machines as well as the planned reduction of two parking spaces. Consideration should be given to expanding the travel lane and parking lot to the east and/or southeast to relieve the expected increase in traffic and pedestrian usage. 2.Existing site plan requires additional details to include the following: a.Utility details and easements b.Existing lighting c.Existing landscaping 3.Proposed site plan requires location of utilities.
