Proposal calls for a 40 foot by 25 foot display area with 10’ x10’ canopy. Applicant is requesting waivers for topography, stormwater, E&S, grading and landscaping. Review: Site Plan: 1.Parking on site plan should be better defined to include spaces that are to scale and locations along travel area. 2.Please clarify if spill-over parking to have stone placed as a substrate. 3.Any associated signage should be presented. 4.Hours of operation to be clarified.
