The tests were performed to the south of the proposed residence in the location where construction of a new leach field is proposed. The filed subdivision plans show the proposed septic system further to the south and the owner requested we perform testing closer to the proposed residence location. As you will see soils and percolation rates are similar to the filed subdivision plan and the details we provided are also similar to the approved subdivision plans. We have also provided a GIS photo of the parcel depicting the approximate location of the soil testing.
