2.1A 2.1(A) SEQRA ISSUES\Extension#2 to Greater Qby Consolidated Sewer District—Tidal Wave Auto Spa—5-2-2022 RESOLUTION ADOPTING SEQRA DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE REGARDING GREATER QUEENSBURY CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT EXTENSION NO.: 2 RESOLUTION NO.: 12022 INTRODUCED BY: WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to establish an extension to the Town's Greater Queensbury Consolidated Sanitary Sewer District to be known as the Greater Queensbury Consolidated Sanitary Sewer District Extension No. 2 to serve the Tidal Wave Auto Spa (TWAS) located at 708 Quaker Road in the Town of Queensbury, New York (Tax Map No.: 303.15-1-12) in accordance with New York Town Law Article 12-A, and WHEREAS, such Extension No. 2 has been determined to be a State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) Unlisted Action and a SEQRA Short Environmental Assessment Form (EAF) has been prepared, and WHEREAS, the Town's Wastewater Director has not identified any environmental impacts, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board, after considering the proposed action, reviewing the SEQRA Short Environmental Assessment Form (EAF) and thoroughly analyzing the action for potential environmental concerns, determines that the action will not have a significant effect on the environment, and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to complete the EAF by checking the box indicating that the proposed action will not result in any significant adverse impacts, and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves of a Negative Declaration and authorizes and directs the Town Clerk's Office to file any necessary documents in accordance with the provisions of the general regulations of the Department of Environmental Conservation.
