NYSDEC compliant Stormwater mitigation will provided on site. The site will have one(1) 138 SF monument sign and two(2)23.67 SF Wall/Building signs. 6 directional signs are proposed. The wall signs and&directional signs are code compliant. -A Sign Variance is required for the Monument Sign exceeding 45 SF.
