WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Harrison Freer
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town's Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 38, 2022, the Town Board appointed Jackson LaSarso as an
alternate member of the Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, a Planning Board regular member vacancy exists and therefore the Town Board
wishes to appoint Mr. LaSarso to serve as a regular member on the Planning Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints current alternate member
Jackson LaSarso to serve as a regular member of the Queensbury Planning Board until such term
expires on December 3Is, 2024.
