WHEREAS, in accordance with New York State Town Law §64, the Queensbury Town
Board may authorize the sale of items which are no longer needed by the Town or obsolete, and
WHEREAS, the Town Clerk previously advised the Town Board that a large format
scanner/printer in the Records Management Office (Asset 4: 9355) is no longer needed, obsolete and
in the process of being replaced, and
WHEREAS, the Town Clerk has therefore requested Town Board authorization to sell the
obsolete large format scanner/printer to the Town of Keene for$l,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the Town's sale of a large
format scanner/printer (Asset 4: 9355) which is no longer needed by the Town, obsolete and of no
material value,to the Town of Keene for$l, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor, Town
Clerk and/or Town Budget Officer to take all actions needed to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
