D'Alfonsi by deed dated July 13, 1973 and recorded in the Warren County Clerk's Office on July 23, 1973 in Book 570 Deeds at page 454; running thence from the point of beginning in the northwesterly direction along the southwesterly line of said lands, North 53 degrees 44 minutes West a distance of 332 feet, more or less to a point on the easterly shore -of Lake George, running thence in a general northeasterly direction along said shoreline as it winds and turns for a distance of approximately 84 feet to a point making the southwesterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed by Saturno J. and Norma S. D'Alfonsi to A. This conveyance includes the right of access to the premises over the common driveway leading westerly from New York State Route 9L and is subject to the rights of others to the use of common driveway as well as to the obligation for maintenance of the common driveway as described in the deed from Saturno J.
