AND ALSO THE AD VALOREM TAXES THAT ARE RAISED IN THE INDIVIDUAL WATER DISTRICTS AND FEEL THAT A REDISTRIBUTION OF THE COSTS ARE NECESSARY . THEREFORE EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1ST. THE BOARD IS LOOKING AT AN INCREASE IN THE USER RATE THROUGHOUT THE WATER DISTRICTS IN QUEENSBURY. RESOLUTION TO REVISE WATER RATES RESOLUTION NO . 230 . INTRODUCED BY MR. DANIEL OLSON WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION , SECONDED BY MRS .
