Re: 27 Silver Circle – Site Plan Modification Review
Dear Ms. Moore
The following documents are being provided to initiate a site plan review of proposed modifications
to the recently approved site plan for 27 Silver Circle (72-2021). The applicant has proposed to shift
the building 20’ to the south which has been approved administratively. Additionally, the applicant
would like to remove wind hazard pine trees along the southern property boundary and install a 2’
tall berm and double-sided vinyl privacy fence in this area. All disturbed areas within the buffer shall
be seeded. There will be no changes to areas of hard surfacing or the stormwater design associated
with these proposed actions. Enclosed herewith are the following items related to the Site Plan
Modification Application.
1.) Fifteen (15) Copies – Site Plan Review Application including Pre-Submission Meeting Notes
2.) Fifteen (15) Copies – Full Size Site Plans titled “Proposed Site Improvements for 27 Silver
Circle” including three (3) full-size (22”x34”) and twelve (12) half-size (11”x17”) drawing sets.
3.) Fifteen (15) Copies – Property Deed
4.) Fifteen (15) Copies – Short Environmental Assessment Form
5.) One (1) Check payable to the Town of Queensbury for $100.00
