Par 27 LLC proposes to construct a building addition on the existing main building for the purposes of adding golf simulators to enhance the off-season use of the facility. Currently golf courses are not an allowable use in the MDR zone. There are no plans for any addition facilities on the adjacent parcel but our client requests to include this parcel in the rezoning process so that in the future it may be included if the need should arise. The building project includes adding an 1,850 sf addition to the existing main building with a 322 sf deck addition. We have provided a site plan with stormwater management for the building addition. We would request a waiver for landscaping, lighting plans and snow storage plans. No additional lighting beyond required security lighting is proposed. As the addition is in the central portion of the parcel and adjacent top the golf course no additional landscaping is proposed. The golf course does have a pest control and fertilizer management plan with Green Management. Enclosed please find 20 copies of submission packages, consisting of applications, full EAF, engineered site plans, architectural drawings and stormwater management calculations. Thank you for your assistance with the project and please contact this office if you have any questions or if you require additional information. Best Regards, Thomas Center Jr., P.E.
