TOWN OF QUEENSBURY ETHICS BOARD

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury Ethics
Board, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Ethics Board and therefore the Town Board wishes to
appoint Eva Ricardo to the Ethics Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Eva Ricardo to serve as a
member of the Queensbury Ethics Board until such term expires as of May 5t", 2026.
