WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 178,2022 the Queensbury Town Board authorized funding
and an Agreement with the "Queensbury Youth Football, Inc." for 2022; however, the name was
incorrectly referred to as "Queensbury Youth Baseball & Softball" in the RESOLVED clause and
therefore,the Town Board wishes to amend Resolution No. 178,2022 accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 178,2022
such that in the RESOLVED clause it approves of the Agreement between the Town and the
"Queensbury Youth Football,Inc.,"and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 178,2022 in all
other respects.
