ASSOCIATES FOR PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL
SERVICES RELATED TO DRAINAGE ISSUES IN VICINITY OF FAIRWAY
COURT AND ROCKWELL ROAD

WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to engage LaBella Associates for
professional technical services associated with addressing drainage issues in the vicinity of Fairway
Court and Rockwell Road in the Town for an amount not to exceed $8,500 as delineated in LaBella
Associates' Professional Services Agreement/Proposal dated April 29, 2022 substantially in the form
presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs engagement of
LaBella Associates for professional technical services associated with addressing drainage issues in the
vicinity of Fairway Court and Rockwell Road in the Town for an amount not to exceed $8,500 as
delineated in LaBella Associates' Professional Services Agreement/Proposal dated April 29, 2022
substantially in the form presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that payment for such services shall be paid for from Engineering Account No.:
001-1440-4720, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute the Professional Services Agreement with LaBella Associates in substantially the form
presented at this meeting and/or any necessary documentation, and the Town Supervisor, Town
Highway Superintendent and/or Town Budget Officer to take all actions necessary to effectuate the
terms of this Resolution.
