WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve an audit of bills presented as
Warrant: 05172022 with a run date of 05/12/2022 and a payment date of 05/17/2022,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the audit of bills presented
as Warrant: 05172022 with a run date of 05/12/2022 and a payment date of 05/17/2022 totaling
$1,192,847.48, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
