Dear Mr. Ostrander:
Based upon our review of the materials received from the applicant and your office, it is
our recommendation that the Water Department acquiesce to any Pl
approval on the project, conditional upon our review of the geotechnical investigations
to be performed by the applicant for the site. If, based upon our review, the project has
no adverse impacts on the Water Departments use of the site, unconditional approval
should be acceptable to the Water Department.
