Modification to an approved site plan requires Planning Board review and approval. Review: Page SP-3 1.Any removal of existing trees should be discouraged; if trees are to be removed, they should either be relocated or replaced in a different location. 2.Staff recommends that the brush to be removed along the south line be limited to the eastern half of what is proposed as full clearing will expose refuse area associated with Lumberjack Pass Amusements. 3.Per §179-6-020C, sidewalks and bikeways horizontal illuminance not to exceed 1.0 foot-candles.
