in January of 2004, The Troy Savings Bank will be merged into First Niagara Bank-,
whose principal office is located at 6950 ,South Transit Road d in Lockport, New'York. On
the effective date o� the merger, The Tray Savings Bank will cease to exist.*$ a
separate corporate entity.
On the effective date of the merger, all the signage of Tray Savings Bank will be
changed to that of First Niagara. To complete that process, First Niagara has retained
the services of Saxton Sign Corporation and Ulrich Sign Company, Inc. We hereby
grant Moth aforementioned companies permission to secure sign permits on our behalf
for all properties of The Tray Savings Bank.
