These numbers relate to the Town Tax Maps. Each parcel has a 3 number code by which you can locate it in the "town. If you know the name of the person who owns the property you can find the Tax Map Number of the parcel by looking up the person in the "Alphabetical Listing Book'. This listing has the owners name and identifies his property by the tax map number. If you have a Tax Map Number but need to know the owner you look in the "Numerical Listing Book'. This book identifies the property owners. If you only know the property location and need to find the owner, the adjacent neighbors or the zoning, you need to go to the Tax Map. The first sheet of the tax maps shows the Town broken into a number of areas which are numbered. These areas indicate which map (below the cover sheet) to look onto for the property. This map number is also the first number of the tax map identification number. For example, in number 32-2-12.3, the 32 indicates Section Number 32. The Section Number appears in the lower right hand corner of the map. Once you are on the correct map you need to find the Block Number. The Block Number is the second number on the tax map. For example, in 32-2-12.3, the 2 is the Block Number. The Block Number usually has a circle around it. The last number of the tax map is the parcel number. For example, 12.3 would indicate the exact piece of property. This number is usually on the map parcel or has an arrow indicating to which parcel it belongs. If you have to identify property or adjacent properties for an application it is very important that you accurately identify the numbers. The first number is the Section Number. The second number is the Block Number and the third number is the Parcel Number. We do perform several additional fluid maintenance services; transmission fluid changes, differential fluid changes, radiator flushes, and fuel injector flushes. These services take no more than 30 minutes and comprise less than 10% of our car volume. All of the services are performed without an appointment, no cars are ever allowed to be left overnight on the site, and customers must wait with their cars while their cars are serviced. The projected car volume at this site is 45-50 cars per day. Customers will enter the property and drive to the rear of the building. An employee will greet the customer and pull the car •into the service center. The customer will walk into the waiting and remain there until their service is completed. Goralski _ Area Variance Subdivision: _ Sketch, _ Preliminary, _ Final Use Variance X Site Plan Review Sign Variance _ Petition for a Change of Zone Interpretation _ Freshwater Wetlands Permit Other. Application Number. Site Plan Review No. 6 Applicant's Name: Quick Lube Oil Centers, Owner: David Leman Meeting Date: July 24, 1990 sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssassss Section 5.070(E) lists the standards which should be considered in reviewing a Site Plan. 1. The Zoning Board granted a Use Variance to the applicant to allow this use in the Plaza Commercial zone. The applicant has entered into a long term lease agreement with Niagara Mohawk to utilize the adjoining property. This makes for a far superior site plan. The Variance approval is conditioned on the maintenance of the lease agreement. The new building will meet all setback requirements. Signage will conform with the Sign Ordinance, and the site lighting should not impact Route 9 or the neighboring properties. 2. The use of the Niagara Mohawk property and widening of the road cut will make it easier to enter the site. A NYSDOT Permit to widen the curb cut should be obtained. Exiting the site and proceeding south on Route 9 may be difficult. Perhaps a right turn only at the exit would be appropriate. 3. The Zoning Board granted a parking variance to provide nine parking spaces. Several of these will cause the filling of a wet area on the Niagara Mohawk property. The Board should be sure that this filling will not impact existing drainage patterns. 4. The current site currently has zero percent permeable area. The applicant proposes to increase the permeable area, so no variance is required. The increased permeable area should improve stormwater drainage. JSG/sed *RIST-FROST ASSOCIATES, P C. Green area is not 53% as indicated in the Application, but is approximately 25.6% as shown on the drawing. Total green area calculations include the adjoining leased property. The parcel without the leased property, has approximately 6% green space. 2. The area north of existing site pavement appears to be wet. Wetlands may be present. Part of proposed parking spaces 5, 6, 7 and 8 impact the wet area. 3. A single handicapped parking space width should be 16'. 4. Erosion control measures should be provided as necessary, in accordance with NYS Guidelines for Urban Erosion and Sediment Control. Very truly yours, RIST-FROST ASS((/OCIATES, P.C. Thomas M.
