This letter is in response to the letter written to Mr. Round dated July 13, 2000. Each of
the bulleted items presented in your lettered are chronologically addressed as follows:
1. Zoning classification for the site is HC-IA.
2. if the reference to the area being less than the 50 feet is associated with the `log" in
the front property line, then a corresponding adjustment to the display line will be
made as part of the final site plan submitted for signature.
3. A note will be added to the final site plan submitted for signature.
4. Culverts have been sized according to Talbot's formula (Table attached), not
withstanding sizing has been determined by culverts up and down stream.
Specifically, the 12-inch culverts will connect retention basin areas, while the 30-inch
culvert will be placed in the existing ditch.
5. The parking and all drive areas will be crushed stone. A note will be added to the
final site plan submitted for signature.
6. On site soils is a blend of types due to fact that much of the area has received two to
four feet of fill. A majority is "bank run" gravel with excellent infiltration
characteristics. Supporting this there is no evidence of ponding or pudding on major
surface areas.
7. A note will be added to the final site plan submitted for signature.
8. A grading plan dated 7/21/00 has been submitted showing current and proposed
contours.
