RE: Site Plan for Parcel 110-1-1.21
Dear Sirs:
As a part of the improvements to the above referenced parcel, storm water management will be adequately
handled by grading all crushed gravel drive lanes allowing drainage to immediate grass and display areas.
Display areas are to be surfaced with round #2 stone (3/4"-1.5" dia). This stone provides 100%
percolation of water preventing sheet drainage to other areas.
The total parcel area equals 294,947 sq. feet. Of which, 75,000 sq. feet will incorporate new drive lanes
and parking or 26.4°/a of the total parcel area There erdsts an asphalt road totaling 34,000 sq. feet or 11.9%
of parcel area
All lawn areas will be graded with minimal slopes, therefore preventing drainage beyond parcel limits.

Frederick D. Troelstra, PE.
