We have received your application for site plan review of a display area for Garden Time and
Barrett Auto Sales. Upon review of the site plan submitted, this department has determined that the
application requires clarification and additional information in order for the Planning Board to
provide an informed decision for your project.
Please provide information identifying the following.
1. A Grading Plan that identifies existing and proposed contours, and any on site or adjacent
water features
2. A Stormwater Management report, Warren County Soil and Water Conservation District
may be able to assist with the preparation of the report.
3. An estimate of how much fill will be brought on site.
The above information should be provided by July 13, 2000. This would allow the appropriate
review of the information by Staff and the Town Engineer. The site plan is currently scheduled for
the Town of Queensbury Planning Board meeting July 25, 2000. Please contact the Planning Office
with any questions.
