Display area for Parcel 110-1-1.21
Dear Mr. Trolestra:
We received your revised drawings for the display area incorporating the interconnection between
the adjacent businesses. We applaud your efforts to eliminate the additional curb cut on Quaker
Road. We were unable to place the project on the October Planning Board agenda due to the date of
receipt and have the following minor comments.
1. The existing grading plan shows grading for a curb -cut to Quaker Road involving work within Quaker
Road Right of Way. It is our understanding the plan revisions eliminates the access to Quaker Road.
Please revise the grading plan accordingly.
2. The site plan/landscape plan should identify number and species of plantings.
3. The site plan does not identify gates as proposed in the notes.
4. The grading plan revisions are minor and should not affect the stormwater management plan.
However, please provide confirmation to that effect from the engineer who prepared the plan.
5. The site plan application site development data should be revised to correspond with the plan changes,
the application still requires submittal of signed authorization forms from the property owner(s).
The deadline for consideration on the November agenda is Wednesday October 25, 2000. Please
submit fourteen (14) copies of the revised plans by this date. If received in advance of this date we
can forward to the Town's engineer to ensure a timely review.
