We are in receipt of a revised site plan, a letter from Nace Engineering dated October
25, 2000 and a comment letter from the Town dated October 10, 2000 for the referenced
project.
We would agree with the Town that the applicant has made significant improvements
to the proposed plan, especially considering access management provisions along
Quaker Road. We also concur with the findings of the storm water management plan
that the overall quantity of runoff will decrease and that the proposed culvert will
contain excess capacity.
Based on the information received, we have no further comments pertaining to this
project.
