This letter is in response to your inquiry with regards to the above -referenced property and the
Town of Queensbury Subdivision requirements.
It is my understanding that you wish to separate the above -referenced parcel, currently owned by
James & William Barrett, into two parcels. If my understanding is correct, the project constitutes a
subdivision and will require review and approval from at least the Town of Queensbury Planning Board.
In order to confirm these findings, I will need to review a plan of your proposed project, as we
have no documentation for your current proposal. Should you have any questions or comments, please do
