Garden Time / Barrett Auto Sales Site Plan 51-2000
On September 19, 2000 I performed a site inspection of the above referenced
site and would like to offer the following observations. During my visit I
observed obvious areas of recently placed and graded fill and it was apparent
that the majority of the site had been graded and was devoid of vegetation.
Further, as shown in the enclosed photos, several trucks and recreational
vehicles have been placed on the site as well as three storage sheds. I informed
Barrett Auto Sales that this activity was in violation, as there pending site plan
had not yet been approved. I was unable to reach the project agent, Mr.
Troelstra on this date.
Today, September 20, 2000, Orders to Remedy the violations were issued to
both affected parties with a September 29, 2000 compliance date required.
