We are in receipt of a revised site plan, a grading plan and a storm water management
report dated August 29th for the referenced project. The following represents our
comments on the materials received.
1. The site plan should indicate that the entrance drive apron be paved with asphalt
concrete within the limits of the Quaker Road Right -of -Way. This distance, scaled
from the plan, is approximately 30 feet.
2. The revised site plan shows an acceptable width and radius for the proposed access
drive off Quaker Road.
3. The storm water management report references a new 30" culvert to handle runoff
from the site. This culvert is not shown, however, on either the site plan or the
grading plan. Standard procedures for grading plans would require that all grading
and drainage information be shown, along with invert elevations of all proposed
culverts (12" and 30").
4. The storm water report, otherwise, is acceptable in addressing runoff from the site.
