Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination has been
completed. The applicant proposes a 5-lot subdivision. Relief is required from the Town for
insufficient road frontage, stormwater management device proposed less than 100 feet from a water
feature, deficient lot width, vertical separation of less than 3 feet for stormwater device to groundwater
and relief for physical road access for Lot 4 to be accessed through Lot 3.
Based on the information presented in the record, no further Agency review is required for this
variance; however, the subdivision also requires an Adirondack Park Agency permit before
being undertaken and is currently under review as project APA P2021-0215. The applicant will
need to comply with both the Town issued variance and the conditions contained in the APA
permit.
