Applicant to re use an existing 2,668 sq ft building to operate a bottle and can redemption center. There
are no proposed changes to the site conditions. The parcel is a corner lot. Site Plan for new commercial
use in existing building.

Items to be updated or provided
1) page 3 Setbacks for the NC zone for a corner lot - these values should be entered for the required -
Front 1 = 40 ft, Front 2 = 40 ft, Rear Yard 1 = 15 ft,Permeability 30%
2) page 3 parking to be calculated based on gross floor area 5 spaces per 1000 sq ft
3) page 3 -all calculations and existing setbacks to be noted on this worksheet
4) page 4 previous reviews include UV 22-1998, SP 23-1998, UV85-1995 SP 75-1995, SP 47-1993,
AV55-1996, UV14-1993 SP 12-1993
5) page 5 standards A-O need responses
6) page 6 and 7 items A-V need to be addressed - all attachments need to be labeled. Note if using site
plan drawings from another application - the drawing should note it has been amended and then the name
of the new application should be added; items to be addressed - lighting, landscaping, signage, elevations
and floor plans - these items need to include dimensions and will need to include a scale. Lighting details
need to be shown on drawing and noted if pole fixtures and or wall mounted- will need to be cut off
fixtures. Any item not addressed should be identified as a waiver and explanation of why it is not being
addressed.
