Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination
has been completed. The applicant proposes to replace an attached garage/workshop
on the same footprint as the existing structure. Relief is required from the Town side
and rear yard setbacks.
Based on the information presented in the record, no further Agency review is required
for this variance since the project does not involve provisions of the Adirondack Park
Agency Act.
