WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, in consideration of ONE AND 00/100
DOLLAR ($1.00) lawful money of the United States, and other good
and valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, does hereby grant
and release unto the Grantee, the SUCCOSSGrS and assigns of the
Grantee forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Queensbury, County of Warren, State of New
York, more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
BEING portions of premises conveyed to the Grantor by Deed dated
November 15, 1984 and recorded on December 3, 1984 in Book 666 of
Deeds at Page 802; and by Deed dated October 30, 1984 and recorded
in Book 665 of Deeds at Page 970, both in the offices of the Clerk
of Warren County, New York.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of
the Grantor in and to said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Grantee,
the successors and assigns of the Grantee forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has duly executed this Deed the day

! All that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in the Town of Queensbury, County of Warren and State of New
1 York, being further bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at an iron pipe in the south bounds of the Corinth
Road at the northwest corner of a parcel of land conveyed by
Bernice T. Baker to Leo J. Travis and Jean Travis by deed dated 28
August 1979 and recorded in Book 625 of Deeds at Page 664 in the
Warren County Clerk's Office, and running thence N.81122120"E.
f along the south bounds of the Corinth Road for 80.11 feet to an
iron pipe; thence S.0202014011W. for 150.86 feet to an iron pipe
that is 51.0 feet, measured at right angles, from the west bounds
of said parcel conveyed by Baker to Travis on 28 August 1979;
thence S.081461E., parallel to said west bounds, for 7.29 feet to
a point; thence N.79*301E. for 103.75 feet to a point; thence
N.08°37'4011W. for 152.0 feet to a point in the south bounds of the
Corinth Road, thence N.81121120"E. along said south bounds for
55.76 feet to the northwest corner of lands conveyed by Sterling W.
Akins and Ruth M. Akins to Leo J. Travis and Jean Travis by deed
dated 28 August 1979 and recorded in Book 625 of Deeds at Page 662
in the Warren County Clerk's Office; thence 9.81°22120"E.,
continuing along the south bounds of the Corinth Road for 125.0
feet to an iron pipe at the northeast corner of said parcel
conveyed by Akins to Travis on 28 August 1979; thence S.08°46130"E.

This deed is given simultaneously with a deed of adjacent
property to Jay S. Curtis as part of a lot line modification of
Town of Queensbury Tax Map parcels 136-2-7 and 136-2-8.2.
