ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, together with improvements thereon
situate, lying and being in the Town of Queensbury, County of Warren and State of New York, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the westerly side of US Highway Route 9 at the northeast corner of tract of
land conveyed by 1. Charles Liebowitz to Bruce Buick, Inc. by deed dated and recorded in the
Warren County Clerk's Office April 25,1968 in Book 493 of Deeds at Page 184 and running thence
S 20121' E along the westerly side of US Highway Route 9 a distance of 716 feet to a point for a
comer; running thence S 72°45' W a distance of 580.37' to a point for a corner; running from thence
S 15' 29' E a distance of 150.10 feet to a point for a comer; running from thence N 86' 30' W a
distance of 418.3 5 feet to a point; running thence N 84' 12' W a distance of 100 feet to a point for
a corner; running thence N 01 ° 26E a distance of 881.24 feet to a point for a corner; running thence
N 84' 38' E a distance of 763.56 feet to the point or place of beginning. Intending to convey hereby
those parcels designated as "A" `B" and "D" as shown on a map of lands of Bruce Buick, Inc. dated
December 31, 1974 made by R. Raymond Keyes P.E.L.S.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING therefrom, rights granted to Niagara Mohawk Power

boundary of U.S. Highway Route 9.

Queensbury, County of Warren and State of New York more particularly bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of US Route 9 at a point 516 feet distant on a
course north 20' 21' west from the northeasterly comer of land conveyed by Bruce Buick, Inc. To
Daniel R. Barber by deed recorded in the Warren County Clerk's Office in book 592 of deeds at
page 493, and running thence on a course north 200 21' west 200 feet to a point for a corner; running
thence south 840 38' west a distance of 527.54 feet to a point for a corner; running thence south 15'
29' east 315.05 feet to a point for a comer; running thence north 72' 03' east 536.80 feet to the point
or place of beginning intending to describe herein all of parcel A as shown on a map of lands of
Bruce Buick, Inc. prepared by P. Raymond Keyes, L.E. Dated December 31, 1974.
BEING a portion of the premises conveyed by Bruce Buick, Inc. to Hickey Motors, Inc. by
deed recorded in the Warren County Clerk's Office August 4, 1976 in book of deeds at page
