Applicant proposes to utilize 27 acres of the 80 ac parcel for a 8.25 acre 6.5MW or 5.0MW? solar farm on
land of the Warren County Airport. Project work includes fencing, stormwater management, and
equipment areas. The hard surfacing total with existing and proposed is 1.07 ac of hard surfacing with
equipment pads. Site disturbance of 27.4ac. Panel height is 16.5 to 19.5 ft. Review required is Site Plan,
Special Use Permit.
