WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. George Ferone
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town's Planning Board in
accordance with applicable New York State law, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy for a full-time position exists on the Planning Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to appoint Brady Stark to fill the unexpired term of a
previous full-time member,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints Brady Stark to serve as a
full-time member of the Queensbury Planning Board until such term expires as of December 31,
2022.
